Grades K-5: $150/student
Middle School: $350/student

*These K-8 Tuition rates assume OLG receives Non-Public School Aid from the state of Minnesota. If the Non-Public School Aid is cut, tuition will be adjusted accordingly.

Parent School Organization (PSO) Fee: $60

Yearly Non-Refundable Registration Fee: $175/student

New Student Non-Refundable Deposit: Upon acceptance, families of new students are charged a non-refundable deposit per child which cannot be rolled over or transferred. The deposit will be applied toward tuition when the new student begins school at OLG in the fall of the year for which they applied. 

Tuition Agreements must be completed in May. Payment installment options are as follows:
9 Installments: paid monthly, July - March
3 Installments: paid in July, October, and January
2 Installments: paid in July, and January
1 Installment: paid in July

Parish Investment Rate

Families who actively support the Parish qualify for the Parish Investment Rate. Specifically, these families:

• are registered parishioners of Our Lady of Grace Church;

• have committed to actively share in the faith life of the Parish by attending liturgies on a regular and consistent basis;

• volunteer time and talent in Church and School ministries or activities, dedicating at least ten (10) hours per family per academic year to service
  within the OLG community; and

• financially support the work of the Parish by investing in the Church through unrestricted, traceable Stewardship giving, generously donating an annual amount that is meaningful to the family.

Multi-Student Discount for K-8 Grades

A multi-student discount is available to K-8th grade OLG families with 3 or more students that are concurrently enrolled in grades K-8 at OLG in a given academic year. A 10% discount will be applied on the tuition due for the third student enrolled, a 25% discount for the fourth student enrolled, and a 50% discount for the fifth and any additional students enrolled. This will be reflected in TADS. This discount does not apply for OLG preschoolers.

Financial Aid for K-8 Grades

The mission of Our Lady of Grace Parish is to provide a Catholic school open to all parishioners. OLG has scholarship funds available, and strongly encourages scholarship applications based on financial need. Families may complete a Financial Aid application when they complete their enrollment and tuition agreement in TADS.
