Raptor Visitor Management System

OLG encourages everyone that may visit the campus on a school day to create a Raptor Passport.

Volunteers:  For those coming to campus to volunteer/work with children AND are current on their Virtus Credentials

Required Action:

  1. You will need to download the RaptorSafe App

  2. Create your passport

  3. When you come to OLG to volunteer – This step will take 30 seconds or less IF you have your passport setup ahead of time!!

    • Open the App & swipe up to show the QR code on your Passport

    • At the kiosk, select the box for “Raptor QR Code”

    • The system will ask you if you are a Volunteer or Visitor (select the correct role for your visit and where you are headed on campus)

Visitors: For those who have not completed Virtus or are not current. This is for those not volunteering with children, but on site for another reason (i.e. meeting).

Recommended Action:

  1. You will need to download the RaptorSafe App (link to attachment)

  3. When you come to OLG to volunteer – This step will take 30 seconds or less IF you have your passport setup ahead of time!!

    • Open the App & swipe up to show the QR code on your passport

    • At the kiosk, select the box for “Raptor QR Code”

    • The system will sign you in as a Visitor (Select where you are headed on campus, Vvisitors cannot sign in to volunteer for library, lunch, classroom, etc.)

What happens if I don’t setup my passport ahead of time?

  • Upon arriving, you can still scan a government issued ID at the kiosk.

  • You will also have to take a selfie and fill out some basic information to create your profile.

  • This process will take you about 5 minutes to complete (and holds up the line).

  • Priority will be given to volunteers/visitors that have completed their Passport ahead of time.

  • If you have completed your Virtus Training, the system will allow you to sign in as a Volunteer.

Do I still need to complete Virtus Training?

  • If you are volunteering… YES!

    • The Archdiocese first and foremost requires all adults that volunteer with youth complete Virtus Training.

    • Raptor does not change this requirement.

  • If you do not plan to volunteer during the school day, you do not need to complete Virtus.

  • How do I know if I am up to date on Virtus?

    • Virtus re-credentialing is due every 3 years. Virtus sends automatic reminders to volunteers ahead of time.

    • If you do not renew the credentialing, your account becomes inactive.

    • Login to www.virtusonline.org to view your account.
