+ Registration

OLG Academy is open to all students entering Kindergarten - 9th Grade.

Please register based on the grade your child will be entering for the school year in the fall and review refund procedures prior to registration. Registration is available online, payments will be billed through TADS.

+ Waitlist

Once classes reach their maximum capacity, you may register for the waiting list for the class at no charge. If an opening occurs, registrants will be contacted in the order they appear on the waiting list.

+ Cancellations & Refunds

Please register for courses and tutoring carefully. Registration is not complete until the session is paid for in full. Any request for a change or refund must be made in writing. Please read refund information carefully.

  • 1:1 Tutoring - 1:1 Tutoring sessions are 60 minutes each. Situations may arise where you need to cancel a tutoring session. Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Our policy is if you cancel within 24 hours, you are responsible for payment. If you cancel a second time this summer, you are responsible for payment regardless of the timing.
  • Summer Classes - There is a $30 non-refundable deposit for each class. Requests for refunds prior to June 1 will receive a full refund minus non-refundable deposits and any administrative fees per class. No refunds will be issued after June 1 to ensure staffing and programmatic commitments to all families. This policy includes cancellations due to vacation schedules, conflicting activities and/or just a change in plans. There will be no refunds for absences, vacations, cancellations due to weather or late matriculation. No refund will be given if a student is dismissed from a program because of disciplinary action.

OLG reserves the right to change or cancel any class in the event enrollment does not meet minimum participation numbers. In the event of a program change or cancellation, OLG will make every effort to notify families immediately and will offer the option of transferring enrollment toward another class or receiving a full refund for the class. No refund is granted for a cancellation of a single session due to circumstances beyond our control such as weather. No refunds or credits will be issued in the case of dismissal from a class due to student conduct.

+ Closure due Inclement Weather

If classes must be closed for any reason, the staff will make every effort to alert families prior to the start of class via text, email or at drop off. There are no refunds for cancellations due to weather.

+ Code of Conduct

Our Lady of Grace welcomes all families and children and provides a safe and respectful, faith filled environment. OLG encourages high standards of behavior and students must be with their counselors or teachers at all times. OLG reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to deny any student the opportunity to participate in an activity or the remainder of a class if the child’s social conduct or behavior is deemed unsatisfactory by OLG administration. No refunds or credits will be issued in the case of dismissal from a course due to conduct.

+ Pre-Camp Information & Arrival/Dismissal

Watch for an email from the instructor about a week prior to the class or camp with additional information including arrival and dismissal locations. Students can arrive 10 minutes before a class and should be picked up within 10 minutes of completion. Families leaving students on campus for longer periods may be subject to fines or dismissal from the program.
