The daily lunch meal includes a drink and is $5.50/student.

Students choose between the hot entree and two sides, cold sandwich and two sides, or the salad and one side.

  • Hot Entrees change daily (see Lunch Menu button)

  • Cold sandwiches offered everyday will be turkey/cheese, cheese and Wowbutter/jelly

  • Drinks include skim milk, 1% milk, chocolate milk, WaterWorks and ice water

  • Extras available include entree ($3.50), side ($2.00) and milk ($1.00)

Students that bring cold lunch can get a milk ($1.00) or bring their own water bottle.

Note: Water bottles can not be filled from the water dispenser in the cafeteria.


WHAT IS FLIK?

FLIK refers to the last name of the couple who began our company in 1971. Building their company through corporate dining services and private catering, Rudi and Julie Flik eventually expanded into the education market, focusing on private and independent schools. In 1995, our parent company, Compass Group, acquired FLIK. We operate over 280 private and independent schools nationwide, including three accounts in Minnesota near OLG.

HOW ARE MENUS CREATED?

The on-site chef creates menus with local/regional flavors and ingredients, specifically designed for your dining facility and the community’s needs. Vegan and vegetarian offerings are always available and menus reflect seasonal changes. The chef receives guidance, training and suggestions for on-trend, innovative ideas from Regional Chef Robert MacClure, Registered Dietitian Nicole Tass and the FLIK marketing team. A daily school meal includes an entree and two sides or a visit to the salad bar, and a beverage (water, our signature WaterWorks infused waters or milk).

WHAT IS WATERWORKS?

WaterWorks is the signature housemade infused water. There is no added sugar, and it is made fresh on-site with all natural ingredients.

ALLERGY OR SPECIAL DIETARY NEEDS?

FLIK believes in a customized approach to serving students and guests with special dietary needs and we focus on creating a menu that is friendly to varying dietary restrictions. Our registered dietitian, Nicole Tass, provides support to our on-campus staff, from training to operation management and communication to ensure safety. We will work with the school nurse to review all students' dietary needs. Allergens are listed daily on the monitors in the cafeteria. Due to delivery variances we are unable to post prior to the day of.
