Families considering OLG school for their child(ren) are encouraged to take a tour of the school. Tours are given by appointment, and conducted by either an administrator or an experienced school parent. On the tour, your family will get a feel for the climate of the school, in addition to the facilities. To schedule a tour, contact Director of Advancement, Adam Groebner. We welcome you also to take an opportunity to join us at a school Mass; here you will see OLG students doing the music, readings, altar serving and worshiping together as a community. School Masses are most Wednesdays at 9 am (check the calendar for a specific day). As with any Mass, all are welcome!
If you are exploring admission into Kindergarten or Middle School, we recommend that you attend one of our Open Houses to get an overview of the OLG curriculum and experience and meet our faculty and staff. Kindergarten Open Houses are usually mid-November and Middle School Open Houses are in January. Dates for the Open Houses during the 2019-20 School Year will be posted in May 2019.
For Grades 1-5, please contact Mr. Groebner or the school office (952.929.5463 ext 3) to learn about openings for new students. Class sizes change through the elementary grades, so even if a class is currently full, there may be openings for the upcoming school year. Any students wait-listed for kindergarten admission will receive top priority for first grade enrollment in the following school year.
The OLG School Office will be happy to help new families with the online registration process for an upcoming school year. Registration applications include a non-refundable $150 registration fee. If you are interested in mid-year openings for any grade, please contact Mr. Groebner.
Admissions Policy Summary
Our Lady of Grace Catholic School, mindful of our mission to be witnesses to the love of Christ for all, admits students of any race, color, national and /or ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to the school. OLG does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national or ethnic origin, age, sex, or disability in administration of their educational policies, scholarship programs, and athletic and other school administered programs.
While OLG does not discriminate against students with special needs, a full range of services may not always be available to them.
Because Our Lady of Grace Catholic School is a parish school, admissions priority is given to children from families of registered, active and contributing members of Our Lady of Grace Parish. OLG welcomes non-parishioner families on a space-available basis.
The full Admissions Policy is available via the school office.
