Welcome to 3rd grade! This is a year full of growth and fun! Some exciting things to look forward to are: Old Cahill, Wax Museum and Multiplication and Division
Mrs. Kopetka started teaching 3rd grade at OLG during the 2006-2007 school year. She has a degree in elementary education from the College of Saint Benedict in St. Jospeh's, MN. She graduated in 2004. In 2013, she received her masters in education from St. Mary's University. Outside of the classroom Mrs. Kopetka was a leader in the new design of OLG's classrooms. She is also involved with the staff development committee. Mrs. Kopetka has a daughter that attends OLG. It is a highlight of her day to give her daughter hugs and to see her so engaged in her learning. Mrs. Kopetka is also a huge Minnesota sports fan. Especially the Vikings and the Twins. Her favorite store to shop at is Target.
Mrs. Lisa Moeller has been teaching Third Grade at OLG since 2003. She has an Bachelor of Science from the University of Minnesota and a Masters in Education from The University of St. Catherine. In her time at OLG, she has served on many committees, and is currently serving on the Education and SBG committees, and also teaches a Math Enrichment program called Continental Math. She loves nature, animals, art, reading, parenting, and lifelong learning. Both of Lisa's children are recent college graduates.
Mrs. Scott joined Our Lady of Grace in 2012 as a Teaching Assistant and became a 3rd grade teacher in 2015. She graduated from the University of Minnesota in 2012 and received her Masters of Education in 2015. Other contributions she makes to OLG community are coaching soccer and basketball, Destination Imagination (DI) and 5th grade Math Masters.
