Triple A Summer Program

Registration Policy
The OLG Triple A Summer Program 2009 is open only to 2009 OLG graduates and
students registered at OLG School for fall 2009.

A completed application including full payment for each student is required to process a
registration. Registrations will be accepted starting March 16, 2009. To register for
OLG Triple A Summer Program, send your completed registration form to OLG School,
Summer Program, 5051 Eden Ave., Edina MN 55436. Make checks payable to Our
Lady of Grace School. All registration forms must be received by April 20, 2009.

Register each child based on the incoming grade level for September 2009.

Registration will be on a first come, first serve basis.

Confirmation notification will be mailed by May 1, 2009 or when classes are filled.

Outdoor classes will be held indoors in case of inclement weather.

Cancellation Policy
We reserve the right to cancel courses that do not meet stated minimum enrollment.
OLG will refund all tuition for any course that is cancelled.

Refund requests made prior to May 15th will be refunded (minus a $30.00 processing
fee), providing OLG is able to fill the class. In the event that OLG is unable to fill your
cancellation, a 50% refund will be issued. No refunds will be issued after May 15th.
Any request for a refund must be made in writing to OLG school administration.

No refunds will be given due to students absences.

Attendance
Daily attendance supports not only the hours of preparation of the teacher, but honors the commitment your child makes to participate in the class.

Health Forms
*Please note there will be no health associate on staff during summer classes.

All health forms on file for your child should be current. If any changes are required,
parents should update the form prior to May 15th.

Discipline Policy
Discipline policies will be consistent with those outlined in the OLG School
Parent/Student handbook.

Student Supervision
Students are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled activity.

All students are expected to be picked up promptly from their child’s
classroom/gym/field. If a child is not picked up on time, the child will be asked to wait
in the school office.

Students will not be allowed to be alone on the playground without supervision. In the
event of a wait time between classes, parents will be asked to provide supervision for
their child. Should there be sufficient demand, OLG will consider offering supervision
for a fee.

Reminder
Triple A runs as a separate entity from the OLG Summer Childcare program. Please
consider this when you are registering for classes.in the school office.
