Welcome to OLG school! We look forward to having your student and your family in our community. If you have any questions that are not addressed on the website, please contact the school office or the New Family Liaisons, Jess Hannan and Heather Lynch.
OLG offers a program that allows families to order all the school supplies needed for each grade. To order, go to www.schooltoolbox.com and look up Our Lady of Grace and your child's grade. You can order a full kit or add/delete items. If you would prefer to purchase your school supplies locally, the requirements for each grade are listed below. Contact the School Supplies Coordinator with any questions.
|Kindergarten||Third Grade||Sixth Grade|
|First Grade||Fourth Grade||Seventh Grade|
|Second Grade||Fifth Grade||Eighth Grade|
Important note about earphones/earbuds: They are required for all students. K-3 families are encouraged to involve their students in the selection of earphones/earbuds, in order to choose a pair that is comfortable for the child. For Grades 4-8 earphones/earbuds are listed as an "optional" item; since many families already have them, they are offered separately from the full supply kit.
Incoming Kindergarteners and their families are invited to three playdates at Edina parks during the summer. The These are completely optional, but they are offered as a way for new Kindergarten students and their parents to meet each other before school starts. Click here for the flyer with dates and locations for summer 2016.
Uniforms can be purchased at:
6002 Excelsior Blvd.
St. Louis Park, MN
As a convenience to parents, we also offer used uniforms for sale several times per year. There is a sale on Registration Day in August, as well as a fall and spring sale which usually are scheduled for parent-teacher conference days. The uniforms are very high quality and wear very well, so buying used often makes sense. Contact the Used Uniforms Coordinator with any questions.

Volunteering at School
To volunteer at OLG School in any capacity, parents must complete the VIRTUS training on child safety which is required by the archdiocese. This will require online registration and attending a class. For more information, scroll to the bottom of the Volunteering page.
There are many opportunities for parents to volunteer at Our Lady of Grace. Visit the Volunteering page for an overview. OLG uses SignUpGenius for most of our volunteer events. Click here for instructions on getting started with SignUpGenius.
