2017-2018 Tuition Rates

OLG families pay tuition at two different levels:

  • Parish Investment Rate:  $5,075
  • Standard Tuition Rate:  $6,725

Families who are active and contributing members of the parish community pay the Parish Investment Rate, in recognition of our parish’s mission to support education for K-8 students.   To qualify for the Parish Investment Rate tuition, OLG School families must:

  • Be registered members of OLG Parish
  • Attend liturgies
  • Volunteer time and talent in parish ministries or activities
  • Support the work of the parish through traceable, unrestricted financial contributions (e.g., envelope offerings or electronic fund transfers)

Families who do not qualify for the Parish Investment Rate pay the Standard Tuition Rate.

Families who intend to enroll their child/children for part of the year must pay a full year’s tuition.  Contact the school office for complete details of our Tuition Policy.

Financial Aid

The mission of Our Lady of Grace Parish is to provide a Catholic school open to all parishioners. OLG has scholarship funds available, and strongly encourages scholarship applications based on financial need.

Families are now able to apply for Financial Aid for the 2018-19 school year. OLG is now using the TADS company to process financial aid applications. Here are instructions on how to apply. Here is a worksheet to help with preparing your application. Applications for current families are due by February 15.

The Aim Higher Foundation provides two scholarships for students to attend a Catholic school in the Archdiocese of St. Paul and Minneapolis. The application period for scholarships for the 2018-19 academic year closes February 15, 2018. We aim to award the scholarships and notify families and schools by March 6, 2018. Details of the scholarships and how to apply can be found HERE

Fundraising and Volunteering

There is no fundraising or volunteering requirement in addition to tuition.  However, like most schools, OLG relies on fundraising as an important part of the annual budget.  Families are asked to participate in fundraisers such as Marathon, Scrip, Coupon Books, etc., to the extent their finances allow.   For more information on fundraisers and volunteer opportunities at OLG, click here.
