Tuition & Financial Aid Summary

2012-13 Tuition Rates:

OLG families pay tuition at two different levels:

• 2012-13 Parish Investment Rate:  $4,350

• 2012-13 Standard Tuition Rate:  $6,000

Families who are active and contributing members of the parish community pay the Parish Investment Rate, in recognition of our parish’s mission to support education for K-8 students.   To qualify for the Parish Investment Rate tuition, OLG School families must:

• Be registered members of OLG Parish
• Attend liturgies
• Volunteer time and talent in parish ministries or activities
• Support the work of the parish through traceable, unrestricted financial contributions (e.g., envelope offerings or EFTs)

Families who do not qualify for the Parish Investment Rate pay the Standard Tuition Rate.  For additional details of our tuition qualifications, including Registration Fees and Tuition Deposits, see our full Tuition Policy.  Note: Families who intend to enroll their child/children for part of the year must pay a full year’s tuition.

Tuition Payment Plans:

For full details regarding our tuition payment policies, please review our full Tuition Policy.  In summary, Our Lady of Grace Catholic School will offer four (4) forms of tuition payment:

• Annually:
• Full payment on or before August 15.
• Semi-annually:
• 1st installment due August 15.
• 2nd installment due January 15.
• Tri-Annually:
• 1st installment due August 15.
• 2nd installment due October 15.
• 3rd installment due January 15.
• Monthly:
• Monthly payments must be through an electronic funds transfer (EFT) automatic withdrawal.
• A simple form for enrollment in an EFT program is available at the school office.1st withdrawal will be August 15.
• Following withdrawals will be September 15 through March 15.

Financial Aid:

OLG strongly encourages scholarship applications based on financial need. OLG has funds available for scholarships. Interested families should contact the principal for details about the confidential application process or go to the Financial Assistance web page.
