About Us: Administration

Mrs. Maureen Trenary has been an educator in the Archdiocese of St. Paul and
Minneapolis for 33 years; of those, she has been at Our Lady of Grace Catholic School
for 23 years. She taught Middle School between 1982-1988, and returned to
become principal in 1991. In 2002, she was awarded the NCEA Distinguished
Principal Award (National Catholic Educational Association). She has a BA
degree from the College of St. Teresa, Winona, MN and a Master's degree in Education and an Education Specialist degree in Administration from the University of St. Thomas, St. Paul, MN.

Mrs. Elaine Nikrad, Asst. Principal

Mrs. Elaine Nikrad has been a part of the Our Lady of Grace faculty since 1971, teaching in Grades 4, 5, and 6. In 1999, she became Assistant Principal. She has a BS in Elementary Education with a minor in Mathematics from the University of Minnesota. Her postgraduate work is in the area of Mathematics education with minor concentrations in Mathematics and Child Psychology. She works with interested 3rd through 5th grade students before school using the math enrichment programs, Continental Math and Math Masters.

Ms. Deb Hoffman, Asst. Principal & Learning Specialist

Deb Hoffman has been in education 31 years in both public and private systems. She taught middle school in California for six years, and has been in district and building level administration in Minnesota for 25 years. In addition, Ms. Hoffman has been an adjunct faculty in the graduate schools of education at Hamline University and at St. Mary's University for 16 years. She has a BA degree from the College of St. Catherine and a MS degree from Cardinal Stritch College.
